I hold a degree in business administration as well as various leader development and assessment certifications, including Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional and Master Certified Life Coach credentials. Over the years, I have developed an obsession with helping companies such as Comcast, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bluebird Bio, and Rapid Micro Biosystems unleash the full potential of their people and culture by developing tailored performance capabilities. Today, I am the co-founder of LeadHumano and a people and culture trainer, consultant, and people strategy design architect enabling businesses to reach next-level growth.
