Most recently, Melissa served in senior learning leadership roles where she designed and deployed enterprise learning and qualification frameworks, led cross functional and distributed teams, and supported thousands of learners annually across complex, regulated environments. She holds a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technology and is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to support diverse, global teams with clarity and care.
