A report by the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce, titled "The Unequal Race for Good Jobs: How Whites Made Outsized Gains in Education and Good Jobs Compared to Blacks and Latinos," found that Black and Latinx graduates in Massachusetts are more likely to be underemployed than their white counterparts.
The report found that 34% of Black graduates and 26% of Latinx graduates were underemployed, compared to 17% of White graduates.
