Where Business Process Meets Human Experience

As the HR Director at Comfort Home Care, a visiting nurse home health care agency based in Massachusetts, I was looking for leadership and development training for our company leadership team.

Hiring LeadHumano Collective was the best move I could’ve made for our company and our people. We hired the LeadHumano Collective to conduct “People Leadership Essentials” , a three day interactive and educational experience that taught our team about effective management of people, leadership, communication, and handling employee issues effectively.

The LeadHumano Collective delivered an experience our team will never forget and we’re also able to implement right away.

Not only was the training valuable for the educational portion that it delivered, but It was also a teambuilding exercise where our team was able to learn about each other and build their rapport with each other to allow different departments to come together in a way they never have before.

This training took place over two years ago and we are still working with the LeadHumano Collective today, as they continue to provide ongoing one-on-one coaching and training to our staff. To be quite honest, we will most likely never let them go. Their value to our organization is beyond measure.

I recently attended The LeadHumano Collective's workshop on Strategic People Management in the age of workforce disruptions, and it exceeded every expectation.
